  • Return Policy: We accept returns on unworn, non-custom items within 30 days of purchase. Custom-made items are non-refundable, except in the case of defects or errors on our part.

  • Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@brilliantfc.com. Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the return is due to a defective product or an error in the order.

  • Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times for refunds may vary.

5. Custom Orders

We offer custom design services, including the transformation of heirloom and vintage pieces. Custom orders are subject to the following terms:

  • Design Approval: Once the custom design has been approved, the order cannot be canceled or altered.

  • Non-Refundable: Custom orders are non-refundable due to their personalized nature. We are committed to ensuring quality and accuracy throughout the design process.

  • Deposit Requirements: A deposit may be required for custom orders. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the final purchase price.
